Bombshell Pilates is a classical Pilates studio. We specialize in 1:1 training, but we also offer small group trios and mat classes.

If you’re new to Pilates, you’ll want to start with our Combo Intro Pack. If you’re experienced and know what you like, we also have tailored intro packs.
BOMBSHELL INTRO PACKS
Meet our teachers, explore our studios, and experience first hand why Bombshell is special. We recommend starting with our Combo Intro Pack if you are brand new to classical Pilates and our studio. If you are a Pilates pro and know what you like, start with one of our more tailored intro packs.
Intro Packs are only available to NYC Residents. All packs have a 30 day expiration date from date of purchase. Only one intro pack per new student.
Combo Intro Pack
This includes 2x mat classes, 2x trio classes, and 2x private sessions. Start with private sessions and then move into group classes.

Mat Class Intro Pack
Our mat classes are beginner friendly and challenging enough for the seasoned practitioner. Classes are limited to eight people. Our intro pack comes with 3x mat classes.

Trio Class Intro Pack
You won’t get lost in the crowd in our equipment classes, since they are limited to three people. This pack comes with 3x trio classes.

Community is everything to us at Bombshell, which is why we encourage current students to refer friends. For each new student that is referred to us and purchases a package beyond an intro pack, current students will receive credit automatically applied on their next package.

20 IN 30 CHALLENGE
Throughout January
Do any combination of 20 privates, trios, and mat classes over the course of 30 days! Start 2026 strong by committing to your Pilates practice, and do it side-by-side with other dedicated Bombshell Students.
The Rules:
Commit to the Challenge by purchasing a special 20 in 30 unlimited pack to use throughout your challenge. Choose from Unlimited Mat, Unlimited Mat + Trio, or Unlimited Privates + Mat + Trio
Commit NOW by grabbing a pack, and then start the challenge ANY DAY in the month of January. The package will expire 30 days from your chosen start date.
You can double up your classes 3 times throughout the challenge.
If you already have a monthly membership or a package, we will pause it for you, and it will re-instate at the end of your challenge.

BOMBSHELL FOUNDATIONS JANUARY COHORT
Bombshell Pilates Chelsea
Begins January 2026 through February on Saturdays at 2:30 to 4pm | $170 for all 4 weeks
If you are new to classical Pilates or new to Bombshell, join our group cohort to transition into group classes with confidence. In this series, you’ll go beyond the choreography and learn the how and why behind each exercise in this series of four 90 minute weekly classes where you'll learn how to use Pilates apparatus safely and effectively, along with the foundational mat, reformer, Wunda Chair, and wall unit exercises.
